Kaichou wa Maid sama! or translated in english as Class President is a Maid!, was first published on December 2005 as a single chapter in Hakusensha monthly manga shoujo magazine LALA. Then it was officially serialized the next year, April 24th 2006. It is written and illustrated by Hiro Fujiwara. There is also an upcoming anime for this series that will be broadcast by TBS produced by JC Staff. The series is still being published every month (or twice a month) with approximately 30 pages per chapters and then compiled into tankoubons (volumes) of 4 chapters each.

The story revolves around Ayuzawa Misaki your typical high school but with “not so” typical job. She is the Student Council president of a school which is formerly an all-boys school but recently went co-ed. She is very strict president maintains rules and regulations of the school seriously. She dislikes the boys of the school maybe because of her impression of his father who ran out of her family when was just a kid. She is physically strong for a girl that made the guys on the school scared of her. But unknown to them this strong will president of them have some kinky secret after school. That she work as a maid at maid café!.

One day the uber popular guy in school Usui Takumi found out her darkest secret. But weird enough he didn’t tell everyone about it. Usui find Misaki interesting so he tag along with her secret and even visits her during her work. But one time three students find out about her secret too but before they tried to black mail her and ruin her reputation, Usui came to rescue and threaten them not to tell the truth. But after that incident that three guys got infatuated with Misaki and they became a loyal customer as well.
